I feel like I need to post that I am heading to the gym so that way I can be accountable to you guys and so that I will be forced to go (I can't be hanging around here posting when I said I was heading to the gym).
Anyone else working out tonight? When I get back I'll start the official September workout challenge thread as well as the WW weigh in for the week (it was not a good week for me).
Any other weekly threads we should get going?

I did my hour at the gym this morning. I did the treadmill for 30 minutes on the aerobic cycle and did at least 15 reps on each of the machines. 50 on the abs machine LOL I am now 1/1.

I'm heading to the gym this morning! So far, so good this month - I had my weekly goal last week AND I even worked in the childwatch room another day there. Now if I could just get my dh to go! If he doesn't get there on Monday, he doesn't go all week - UGH! He whines about having to get up so early (I get up at 530am every day to get my kindergartener to her school bus for 635am), and I've suggested he just go on the days he works at 11am. Then he could get up at 7am and go there and get ready for work there. It would only be 3 days one week 2 the other, but it's better than paying for a month and not going AT ALL because he doesn't want to wake up at 530am.
OOps... I'm venting. Sorry.... My signature says it all!
