Sorry I've been forgetting about this thread for the past two weeks. How has everyone been doing this month? I am 4/15 so far. I can still make my goal so I'm going to get a move on it tomorrow after training :)

Week one I got my 3 days, and I'm on day #3 today - I'll be leaving in about 20 minutes so I get there when childcare opens up.

week 1- I only goaled 2 day b'c of being out of town for labor day. I was 1/2.
week 2- I am 2/3
so total so far I am 3/5 for first 2 weeks.

I did my four days the first week. I've done two so far this week.

I have been horrible this month. Out of town for Labor Day, however I did do some walking during that weekend. Went to Cincinnati Zoo also which was a lot of walking.
Then I have been having some stomach issues - ulcers and infections. Still not feeling well and it has been 1 1/2 weeks. Got a catscan done and everything looked alright except some fluid which they think is infection...On antibiotics and nexium and pain pills.
So needless to say, I have not excercised very well. I have been cleaning more, so I have not just been sitting around. I cannot get comfortable, so I keep moving. Better than nothing I guess.

I am at 7/16 for the month! Hopefully I can keep it up!! Good luck everyone!

Well, I did do some walking this week. My kids activities started back up at the Y and I just walked for 30 minutes 2 days. That's better than nothing.
So I'm 2/12 this month. :(

I can't give you a precise number so far for the month. My leg is healing but not well enough yet to go walking, although I was able to wear a pair of my "cute" shoes today!!
My dh bought an exercise ball, so I've been using that for upper body and ab work lately. I love that, and I miss the class at the Y that I used to attend. Anyway, I'm trying to keep up some without the aerobic portion.

So far I've been able to get in all of my weekly goals though it is getting harder and harder as work is getting more and more demanding. :)

Hope you are feeling better soon Angela! I'm a pathetic 3/12 right now.. Not to make excuses, but I got some really bad blisters that definitely threw me off course. I'm hoping to get in at least 3 this week and then I leave for WDW on Saturday... so I know I'll get lots of walking in there! lol :)

I can't believe September is so close to being over!
That said I am at 14/16, so only two more sessions and I make my monthly goal.

I got my 3 workouts in this week! I'm doing well getting to the gym and workout out, it's just too bad the fat cells don't want to go away!

Congrats to everyone for participating and getting to the gym!! I think making ourselves exercise is the hardest part. I know I didn't do as well as I was hoping but I do give myself some props for making it since I am the worst doddler and avoider.

Okay so I met my goal for September.
I'm hoping to meet the same goal for October. Going to be tougher as the rains have started here and I'll be on vacation for a week. Although with all the walking I do in Disney I guess that can count as a workout!
