I am happy to report that the new zero point soup is GREAT! I'm not a big fan of canned soups, but it was really pretty tasty. The noodles were especially good considering that it was 0 points. I think it had carrots, celery, and maybe some other peas or corn in it.
I had it for lunch today with a small turkey and wheat sandwich and a WW yogurt. It was a total of 4 points for:
sandwich (2 pieces light wheat bread plus 6 slices light turkey)
cup of vegetable and noodle soup
amaretto yogurt (WW light)
cut up vegetables (carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and cauliflower)
I won't say that I am STUFFED, but I will say that for 4 points, I am really satisfied with the variety of flavors and textures. The two hardest things for me were 1) the lack of carbs, and 2) not ending with something sweet. But having only used 4 points, I've promised myself that I can have some light chips and a 100 calorie pack of cookies later in the afternoon.
