Does anyone else get so embarassed when you are not eating right that you just refuse to enter anything into the tracker? That has been me for the last couple of weeks. It's like I'm afraid to even let MYSELF know what I have been eating. It shouldn't be that big of a deal to have a frozen pizza for dinner. But when you combine it with going out on the weekends and making muffins for breakfast one day and ordering cookies in the mail, all of a sudden you have one big disaster of a week!!!
So I'm getting back on the wagon today. Started counting my points. Even threw away the leftover oreos that were in the house from the weekend because I knew I didn't have the willpower to ignore them (that's why I usually don't buy them). I don't want to slip another couple of weeks and then turn around and all of a sudden it's time for our trip and I hate the thought of having my picture taken. :(

I must be your twin because I haven't used a tracker in oh 3 weeks. That could explain the weight gain I had last time.
Its never too late or early to start over and I'm glad WW is so accepting of these little bumps and the need to start over. I've done fairly well today and will continue to try and get back on track for my meeting on Wednesday. I skipped last week and I am scared to go back but I have to face my demons.
I'm trying to think of some threads we could have to help people stay on track or motivational threads. Any thoughts? I find the recipe thread to be a big help as I'm trying out new things instead of eating the same things all the time.

My issue is that when I wasn't exercising I could very easily stay on track with my diet. Now that I am exercising I do very well until around 2 o clock when i become starving and cant find anything to cut the craving. I assume it is because my body is needing more calories since I am working out but I cant fins anything to eat at that time of the day that satisfies me and keeps me from trying just about everything in the house trying to find it. Grrrr. I eat WW cereal with fruit for breakfast. I eat diet Panini's for lunch and then have a Kashi or Prima bar. I drink 3-4 glasses of water before 2 oclock plus one glass of Lipton Diet Raspberry White Tea. From that point on....its a train wreck. Help!!!

I'm the opposite. LOL! On days where I exercise, I think my body feels more healthy and doesn't crave as much "junk." On days were I just veg out, I could eat all day and not move. Isn't that weird?
The power pops help me not to feel as hungry in the afternoon. If you want to try them, I can send you a few. But they do have hoodia in them.

Janet are you home during the day for lunch?
If so how about changing it up and doing a sandwich with fruit? I find fruit helps keep me full until I get home for dinner.

I've used hoodia pills before. I would love to try them. Is there somewhere I can buy them? I would hate to have you send me yours. Why don't you just send one so I can see if I would like them before I buy more. Thanks!

I am usually just getting back home at lunch from running errands and going to the gym. I run in and eat. I just need to get through from 11:30 - 2:30 without eating junk because I start running again at 2:30 picking up kids and stuff and do ok after that. Its those darn 3 hours in between that kill me. I tried fruit last week, I ate bananas and strawberries and apples. I think the sweets made it worse LOL.

how about baby dill pickles or carrots? Maybe even cucumber with some salad spritzer on it? Those would all be 0-1 pts.

Ok, first off, Tricia, those cookies you order in the mail, if you insist on ordering them, you can send them to me.
Janet, I have hoodia pops at the shop and I can bring them to you if you would like.
Catherine, you can't be Tricias twin because you ARE Tricia. Remember, she is posting to herself on the board according to the fishman.
Personally, I love the hoodia pills I bought at NSL. I lost a good amount of weight on them, didn't exercise a bit, and actually ate all I wanted, I just didn't want to eat much. There were no side effects at all.

Tricia, didn't there used to be a hoodia pops offer?
I wanted to try them all along, but never signed up. I was a little scared, I guess. Are there any offers out there hanging around??

Hey Janet. I struggle most after school hours until suppertime (we generally eat late). I find that if I have something high in fiber like a fiber one bar or a small bowl of grape nuts cereal with mild, or something with protein like a light english muffin with some chunky peanut butter and a little jelly, I am much less likely to snack on junk.
Another trick I have found that works for me when I am home during the day and not at work, is to drink fluids. Last winter and spring when I was really losing well on WW, I would dring my 1st cup oof coffee with my breakfast, then pour another cup and drink it slowly while doing other things (like SR). When I finished that cup, I would make myself a cup of decaf tea or something cold if it had gotten warmer. Sometimes filling up this way can be a good option.
Trick #3 that worked for me. Whenever I would be going into a situation or a time of day that was difficult as far as snacking was concerned I'd stick a piece of sugarless gum in my mouth. That always makes me less likely to snack!
