Would anyone be interested in a WW challenge?

After Tricia's post about struggling to stay good on WW and my own experience since rejoining in July I was thinking maybe we could do a WW challenge each month. Would anyone be interested?

I'm thinking we would set goals based on what we need help with such as:

Number of Days we are On Program ('OP')
Number of days we stay within our points allowance
Number of days we drink the 6 glasses of water
Number of days we eat all of our fruits/veggies
etc

I could definitely use a little help with sticking with my number of days OP. I find that when I am on, I have no problem staying in my points. It's just making myself stay on. And I really only need to stay on from Mon-Fri because if I can do that, I tend to eat less on the weekends anyway just because I am in the groove of healthy eating.

I am the same way. Once I get in the mindset of counting points and make it a habit I'm unstoppable. But if I can't get on the wagon in the first place its all downhill.

I will definetly start a challenge for October to stay on track with our individual goals. Hopefully it will help keep us on track.

Oh, you are killing me! I am not gaining, but I still have like 2lbs to lose from my July Disney trip! I have gotten SO FAR away from writing down my points. Plus the fact of my leg getting injured didn't help on the exercise front (it's feeling better by BTW). But, UH, part of me says (read whines) NOOOOOOOOO...I don't want to count my points!!!

The group I was in is starting up again in a few weeks though, so I plan to go get weighed in twice a month instead of once in order to keep better track. I'm up for the challenge.

I'm not trying to kill you :) I'm trying to motivate you. I find that if I'm not accountable to yall then I'm not accountable period. You'd think weighing in each week in front of people would make me accountable but no its my internet buddies. I'd feel too embarrassed if I told yall one thing and then didn't do it (not that you would know).
