Ok, we've been back for one full week now :0( & I'm finally getting back to reality. While I still do have the Disney Blues, I'm hoping my TR (my first ever) will help me relive the memories. So bare w/my first TR & know that I have lots of photos I want to share, but not sure how many I'll bore you with! :0)
Background: the cast was me & DH (both 32). This was our 4th annual trip & 3rd trip being there for our anniversary (9/9) & free dining! I surprised DH w/this trip in June after we thought we couldn't afford to go this year. But thanks to SR I was able to make it happen! Woo hoo!
Ok, here we go........................
We left on Tuesday, September 4th (day after Labor Day--seems SO long ago) & were there until Saturday, September 15th. We normally stay 10 nights but I added the 11th night in order to go to the MNSSHP on 9/14 (which I didn't tell DH until our anniversary!!). DH hates to fly & claims that flying at night makes him feel better so our flight wasn't until 7pm & we arrived at MCO around 1145pm. The flight went well & checking in at CSR was painless since it was well after midnight (nobody else in line), but the only bad thing about checking in that late was that bell services was too busy to help us w/our bags. Ok, off to find Casitas 4 w/all our luggage (4+ pieces) by ourselves. I'm glad it wasn't raining, but it still was very muggy.
This was the first time we stayed at CSR & we did like the resort very much. However, we both did miss POFQ! (So much, that we ended up visiting for lunch one day!!) Our room was "water view" so we were on the 1st floor by the Casitas quiet pool...wait, I should say we were 5 steps away from the quiet pool. Our veiw out our door:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdc2d67dca00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
It was very nice to be that close to the pool as I used it in the morning & had it all by myself. Across from the pool was the work out room that DH used a few times & then the laundry was right over there as well. We weren't that far from Bus Stop 2 either which was great! (1st stop picked up & 1st stop dropped off except DTD buses.) My ONLY complaints are the beds were not soft like mine, only 1 sink & not enough counter space for all my products!! But honestly, I pulled a McGuyver & made more counter space w/a suitcase, a suitcase stand & a towel! I was pretty impressed w/myself!!
We hit MK, EPCOT, AK mutliple times, but only went to MGM for dinner at 50s Prime Time Diner. That was not the plan, but that's what ended up happening. We both really liked 50s & would go back. The best part about not going back to MGM is that I didn't have to ride Tower of Terror for the 2nd year in a row!! :0) The worst part about not visiting MGM again was that I didn't get to see Sully! :0(
Another surprise I had for DH was that I purchased a pathstone brick at MK for us in June & hoped that it would be installed by the time we arrived. When I went to check on Thursday morning (I told DH that I needed to check on something that he couldn't know about just yet), it wasn't installed yet. I went to City Hall & had the nicest CMs helping me & gave me the number of where to call. A very nice CM named Roger worked with me regarding the brick & told me that it WAS in WDW but not installed yet but he would call me when it was. He called Tuesday (9/11) saying that it would be installed that night "bearing heavy rains." Of course, it did rain that night, but Wednesday morning, he called me to tell me it was in!!
I ended up telling DH about it on our anniversary & he was very excited to find out we got one & then even more excited when it was installed!!

It was very fun to see our names at MK & can't wait to see it again & again & again! I even took photos of our brick's "view" from looking towards MK, to the left, to the right, & behind! Yes, I'm a dork. But I figured if I ever needed to see MK, I could pretend I'm on my brick & know what I'd see!! :0)

Hmmm...let's see what else did we do for fun? Oh yeah, we had lunch at CRT on Tuesday. I had the shepards pie & DH had a sandwich. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED mine & DH did like his, but boy was mine good! Yummm!! DH got his photo w/some princesses which was fun. Mary Poppins told him to stand up straight & chin out! Aurora told him he could stay on his throne!

That was the first time we had ever been in the castle so I took a lot of photos of the interior. It was pretty. But my favorite photo was one I took before we went in. I think it turned our pretty dang cool if I do say so myself!
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdb1ed3d5000000035110EbuHDhq1Zsb
For our anniversary, CRT gave us some nice champagne glasses! I thought was very thoughtful & so unexpected! Our server was so kind as well & we really enjoyed ourselves. While I did have sticker shock at the price (I paid OOP because I just couldn't justify 2 TS credits for lunch!!), DH said, "you couldn't put a price on that experience! We ate lunch in the castle!" Ok, ok. He's got me there & we DID get photos & glasses & it's not like I didn't know how much it was going to be...but still..wow. Our photos did turn out cute & when I get my PhotoPass CD I'll post those I'm sure.
Oh speaking of PhotoPass, I pre-ordered mine before I left to take advantage of the discount (thanks to someone posting that info on SR!--sorry, I don't remember who it was!). We had 51 photos taken, but w/adding all the borders, signatures, zooming, & cropping I ended up with 270 photos! I can't wait to get the CD! It was shipped yesterday!

Ok, I'm sorry I'm jumping all over the place on this TR, I'm clearly not going in chronological order...so now I'm going back to Sunday, our anniversary. Along with the brick info, I gave DH the MNSSHP tix & told him we were staying another day! He didn't know much (if anything really) about the party, but happy we were going to be there! For my gift, we went shopping!! I got a very, very, very, very pretty & beautiful Burberry bag! I've been wanting a Burberry for along time & DH was kind enough to get me one! Did I mention how lovely it is?! :0)
Here's one of the two Jen stories DH is telling EVERYONE....after shopping, I thought it would be nice to see if we could get in for a massage before dinner at Cali Grill. Well, I called & for some reason (let's blame the heat or lack of diet coke) I couldn't say massages...instead the call went like this:
CM: Good Afternoon, La Tienda Salon (I think that was the name).
Me: Hi, I was wondering if you had any openings for two masausages, I mean, masaygaes, I mean, messages, I mean...gosh, I'm sorry, I can't say the word...
CM: Oh, ok. Yes, we can get two massages today at 4pm.
Me (totally embarassed & still stumbling over my words because DH is just staring & giggling at me like I'm drunk or something): Ok great, ummm...what time, err I mean how much are they?
At this time the CM was telling me, but DH was now laying on the bed laughing so I couldn't even pay attention to her so I just kindly said thank you & hung up.
DH STILL was laughing & then asked, well how much were the masausages? I don't know that he'll ever let me live that down...or what I said at Le Cellier...but I'll leave you in suspense for now on that one.
Anyway...back to our anniversary. Instead of the massages (see I can say it fine now), DH decided to get his hair cut like he has the last 2 trips. So I called the Ivy Trelis at GF & he got in at 4pm. What's so funny is that the woman who did his h/c is the same woman who's done it the last 2 trips! So we thought we'd get a photo!!

Before & After photos. Ahhh..he cleans up nice doesn't he?? :0)
We take a lot of self portraits while on vacay, so here's one w/his new do:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdbf443dfe00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
Although, you can't see his hair I guess huh. Oh well.
After DH's h/c we went back to CSR & got ready for dinner at Cali Grill. Cali Grill was just as good as I remember it from last year & I think I had the EXACT same meal as I did last year! BLT flatbread, halibut & banana something for dessert. Gosh, I'm awful, I don't remember what DH had! Bad Jenny!
We were there for Wishes & that worked out better this year than last because our server told us that there are two viewing platforms & the back one is always less crowded & it's the same view. So we took her advice & it was great! She even made sure to ask us if we wanted our meals held until after Wishes, which I thought was really nice.
Cali Grill was probably our absolute favorite meal of the entire trip. It was just fabulous! We weren't rushed, we loved our meals, our server was great, it was just a very nice way to celebrate our anniversary!

Have I ever told you guys how much I LOVE the Tea Cups? I do! DH & I can get it going pretty fast! Here we are:

When DH saw how this photo turned out, he said that WDW really does bring out the little kid in each of us because I look like I'm about 10! (God bless him!)
On our first trip in 2004, we did the Leave a Legacy tile at EPCOT. Each year we visit it & this year DH didn't even need the address to find it! What a memory he has! http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccda2ca7de600000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb

Also at EPCOT I always like to visit Figment because he's about the ONLY thing (along w/the dancing waters) I remember from my first trip to WDW in 1982!! He's just so cute! So when my SR buddy Lynn sent me those great pins & one was Figment I was just thrilled! Figment was waiting for me when we got there & I jumped right in for a photo! Then we looked at the dancing waters & when we turned around Figment was gone! I'm so glad we got to see him!

Here are some photos of CSR:

Like I said, DH & I really liked this resort. I thought it was really pretty & there were a few times we had the bus to the parks to ourselves! I couldn't believe it. I also thought most of the trips to the parks were less than 10 min. (I should add that it was less than 10 min AFTER we left the resort....not from getting on the bus at our stop.)
We're still not sure if we'll stay at CSR or POFQ next year....time will tell I guess!

The night of MNSSHP it just poured & poured & poured! It was crazy! So I don't think we got to experience it like it's intended, but we tried to make the best of it. But we were sad:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdd1d2bc6f00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdd1d0bc6d00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
Although, the ONLY thing I wanted was photos w/the characters in their costumes, but once the rain stopped the lines were INSANE, so I didn't get one photo w/any of the characters. Oh well. Maybe there will be a next time!
The park is decorated really, really cute! I especially liked the ghost Mickeys! http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdd6fa7dec00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdd47b7d6c00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
The fireworks & parade were very cool to see as well. The first version of both were cancelled because of the rain, so we were happy they didn't cancel the second parade or fireworks! After the parade we made our way back to CSR. DH's squishy (wet) feet were making him very uncomfortable & we were ready to go!

Oh & before I forget...we ate at O'Hana one night & had to wait for our table, so we both had something from the bar. I remember reading here that the Lapu Lapu was delish so I got that...all I have to say is WOW! That's a very strong drink! But it was good. The food at O'Hana was DELISH! YUMMMMM Again, another restaurant we'd eat at again!

Another restaurant I was really impressed with was The Coral Reef at EPCOT.
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdd9dabc6300000025110EbuHDhq1Zsb
I thought it was so beautiful & while I didn't care for the Lobster soup, I very much enjoyed the Mahi Mahi & dessert (something chocolatey)! I really enjoyed looking at the fish when we were done eating. DH caught me staring at them...
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccddfc7bc7d00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb I would have been content to stay there all night just watching!!
Once again, our server was very nice & even offered to take our photo. Actually, now that I think about it, he was the only server to offer...not that I expect busy servers to take our photo, I'm just thinking while I'm typing how extra nice of him that was!
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccddd373dbc00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
BTW...since I'm not going in order, I see that that yellow Mickey T many times (love that shirt)& I just want to let you know that yes, I did wear it two different days, but these photos may seem like that's all I wore!! :0) I promise I wore other clothes!!

Well, wow! Sorry I posted so much! I think it's probably a good thing that there is the 4 image max here on SR because I would have probably posted 10 photos on each post if I could!! :0) I promise, I have just a few more that I want to share. Overall, we again had a very magical trip! And while we didn't see anything from the Dream Team, we thought our brick going in while we were there was enough of a dream come true for us!
I'm just so glad we found WDW is "our vacation place"! For many years, our honeymoon was the only trip we had ever been on & I figured we'd never find a place to go that we both would enjoy. Little did either of us know what a special place we would find in Florida back in 2004! DH's work makes him deal with the worst of the worst everyday, going to Disney allows him to forget all of that & ENJOY himself & best of all allows US to enjoy our vacation together! PLUS, I get tan! Ha! :0)
I thought these were fun to share...Space Mountain from the Cali Grill deck.
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdbc08fc1b00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
The 2nd annual self portrait on the Cali Grill deck...it's a shame you can't see any of MK behind us, but I promise it's there! :0)

Thanks for sharing your experiences. DH and I won't be going back to WDW for a while. So, it makes it a little easier to be able to live vicariously through others by reading their TR's. I love all the photos, but the ones on the teacups are the best.

Thanks for sharing! Looks like you had an awesome vacation at WDW! We make yearly trips to WDW as it is "our vacation place" as well. It's a place we both thoroughly enjoy and it is one place DH truly relaxes and forgets about the work world! Glad you all had such a great time and have some great memories!! Thanks so much for sharing!! I loved it!
We do Cali Grill every year on/around our anniversary also...we love it! And I have the same thing every year also!! We also take a picture on the balcony but this year they took a picture for us at our table with the castle in the background. That was a nice touch.
The Lapu Lapu is yummy isn't it?? Had one on my honeymoon and it was GOOD!
Glad you had a good time...happy you shared!
Love the pictures! So glad you could see your brick.

So glad you had a great trip. So jealous of that brick. What a present to give. To the person that asked I do not think they are doing that anymore. In june or july there was an announcement that you could fax an order for one and then there was a mad rush and they sold out. I am not sure if they will do it again or not but next time I will just have to do it!
If you think of anymore stoires Jen please share! We live throught these trip reports. And I have been reading about this trip since June. :)
Glad you are back safe!

Question about your brick....I got one in June also. When i went to lookin July it wasn't there but I was havng a hard time even locating the area. They were so vague about it...and the numbers seemed to be out of order. Any advice??

Thanks everyone! I'm glad I didn't blow my first TR & bore you all! I tried doing a more detailed TR, but it took me 3 hours to write two days & I just figured it would take too long to do all 11 days!! :0) So I guess I'm just giving you the best of the best! Aren't you lucky!!
Couple comments...the Lapu Lapu was so strong that the bartender said, "that's a strong drink" & I said, "oh that's ok." WOW! He wasn't kidding! It was insanely strong. It reminded me of Mazatlan for some reason! All the rum maybe?
What I love most about sharing my TR with all of you, is that you all love Disney like us! I'm glad you all understand when I say it's "our vacation place" you don't think it's weird!
Pamela-Nov 9th will be here before you know it & I'll be ready to join you!!
As for my brick...like Dee said, back in June they re-opened the brick program for a "very limited time"! I think they didn't realize how fast things like this spread on the internet & many people who thought they were going to get a brick ended up not because there wasn't enough. So that was very sad, but made it even more magical that we did get one!
I will post my brick's views if you all would like to see what my brick sees!! :0)
Ligrumpygirl-As for finding your brick, I knew what side of the main signia it was going to be & they are kind of in order...kind of. I saw a few new bricks (they were very red & very shiny) & couldn't find mine so I asked a CM how I find where my brick is & he said to go to City Hall & they could help me.
City Hall CMs were very nice & found out that my address was "UK"...unknown which meant it wasn't installed yet. So they gave me the phone numer I already had for Dean, but Roger called me back that night & said that many bricks were delivered that day & they just had to find mine & they'd install it while I was still in WDW. That was on Friday & on Tuesday night it was installed. I was looking for a brick for a Diser & it wasn't there while I was there & PM'd her that. Someone else looked between Sunday & Tuesday of last week & it was there. So I'm guessing yours is probably installed now! I did happen to take a random photo of a new brick, if you want to PM me your brick address or what it would say, I could tell you if it was the one I took a photo of!! Wouldn't that be something if it was!!??
I also just checked the Dis thread & many are saying theirs were installed while they were there the last couple weeks. So maybe, just maybe yours is there!!

Aren't the Tea Cups the best?! I love them! DH not so much, but he will go on them because he knows I love them so! Last year he wasn't up to it, so I went on them myself & he took a video! It was quite comical on how happy I was on those things!!
Catherine-As for my LOVELY Burberry (which I love in case I haven't mentioned yet), we got it at the outlet mall (Prime Outlet I think...). Last year when I was at Epcot, I didn't see any Burberry bags, just the fragrance...do they have bags there? It's lovely & huge! I took a photo of it for you, but decided to then take photos of most of the things I bought w/all my rewards!!
Let's see what I bought shall we??
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d705b3127ccebd6b1bdd53d600000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
There was nothing stopping me from shopping this year so while I did buy some things for the neices & nephews...but I was selfish this year & it was more about us!!
From top & going clockwise...I got a brown track jacket sweatshirt w/Mickey on the back, (stuffed bully was not purchased at WDW...he just wanted to be in the photo), pink thermal LS Mickey shirt w/some rhinestones on some of the Mickeys...so cute, brown "mean thinking" Mickey tshirt, Mickey hand pot holder that I use to wave good by to DH when he leaves for work at night...just like the big Mickey hands, but more practical!!, "Hidden Mickey" pom-pom socks that were kinda cut off the photo, Mickey boxers for DH, Mickey Mouse Club watch, pressed coin book, WDW tshirt, Happily Ever After tshirt, & WDW baseball cap! Plus, I bought DH a Hawaiian type shirt & another tshirt, both that are in the laundry right now.
Oh & finally in the middle, the Lovely Burberry!! It's so great!! We actually have an outlet here too right now (I heard it's just temporary), so I'd like to go & see if I could find a wallet or wristlet or something....gotta match you know!
Here is a close up of the socks, watch & bag:

How did I forget to tell you what I did at Le Cellier?? Probably because it's not my favorite story of the vacay...but I can laugh at myself....
So I ordered a glass of my favorite wine (Chateau Ste Michelle Reisling) at dinner. DH ordered a B&B brandy. No problem. DH gets his B&B & the server brings the bottle over for me to test (?) See...here's the thing...while this is my favorite, I'm by no means a conisour of wine & I didn't want to look stupid by what?? smelling the wine or swirling it? Do I just taste it?? I don't know...so I thought, being the polite girl that I am...I say, "Oh that's ok, I've had it before, you can just pour it."
So DH is laughing & the server thinks it's funny too, so I'm like, ok, I'm funny. But then DH is repeating my classy comment by talking as if he's slurring his words....so it went "Sthhhhatt's okkkkkk...I'veshadit befor, youcanjust pur it." After dinner, he calls his family & tells all his co-workers when he gets home. He still laughs when he tells people!
Ok, just a few more photos...
It's steamy in Florida isn't it....makes for a soft romantic self portrait!! Ha!

ooh nice bag Jen. I think we are getting an outlet next spring but I'm not sure that I can hold out that long.
I think you did an excellent job on the other shopping you did. The pink thermal and the brown shirt are both very nice and I love the pot holder. I think I could get away with that next trip. Mike says I'm not allowed to decorate my entire apartment in disney stuff.

OMG! Bryan, you are too funny! I didn't even think of doing a sky view! Next time I guess!!
Kycha-everything I purchased in that photo was at World of Disney in DTD!! Gotta love that store! It's huge! I did my shopping over two days so not to scare DH! :0)
I know that I did see the pot holder at MouseGears in Epcot too. And I know most/if not all of the tshirts were everywhere. I saw those socks on some little girl & I said, "STEVE! If they have them in my size, I'm TOTALLY getting them!" He's like, oh ok. The little girl's were pink & then I did see them that they had a minnie bow too. Womens came in a pack of two, 1 black, 1 blue! I can't wait to wear them!!
Catherine-
We think too much alike! I thought, hmmm...DH can't be upset about a Mickey hand! I mean, it's practical, I could use it, it's just NOT a decoration! We don't have much Disney decorations up, but this was a MUST! And quite a steal at $10!! :0)
What's so funny is that while I've waved good bye to DH on his way to work w/the hand, he has yet waved to me...sure he's not home when I leave, but I may just have to leave so he can wave to me! I did, however, make Mickey shaped rice crispy treats the other day to keep the magic at home! I even went to a baking store & got the mickey shaped sprinkles! They turned out very good & cute!
Ok, here's some more photos...
DH on last day, he said I should take his photo because he looks like he's on vacation...well yeah....

LOVE your report. You are SOOO adorable! You like the teacups like my family does, minus me. I like to keep everything in my stomach, please....
Sounds like you had a lot of fun. So sorry that it rained on your MNNSHP. That sort of stinks. Someday I would like to go that time of year. Also would like to go during MVMCP. Oh, I would just like to try EVERY time of the year!
If you have any more pics to share, please do! I think I will have to finish my report. I started it and never finished it. It might help me to get over some of my sadness of not being able to go for awhile.
Hey, and nice shopping items! I always feel guilty when I buy stuff for myself. I need to get over that!
Looking forward to more pics!

Woo hoo! PhotoPass CD came!! How fun to have all the photos! Especially with the borders & siggies! Granted, I went a little overboard (turned 51 photos into 270!!), but it's fun to have all the options!! I've printed a few here at home, but I can't wait to get them all printed & start the 2007 photo album!!
I love PhotoPass because it's usually the only non-self portraits we have done for the whole trip! I suggest it to EVERYONE I know that's going!! Here are some of my faves from my CD...
Ok, I don't think the photo is the best of either of us, but we laugh everytime we look at this one! For whatever reason, we've never gotten a photo done at AK so this year I said we for sure were. Well, we get there & right away ask a PhotoPass CM to take our photo. After she took a few "normal" poses, she told us that they were going to do "something special" with this photo so hold your hands together.
We both thought, OK, we're going to be holding Tink, so we cupped our hands together. She tells us, no, hold your arms together. So we're about to link our arms, because how do you "hold" your arms together & she's like no...like this & tries to move our arms. Then when we're clearly not getting what she's say, she says, well hold your arms like your holding a baby. Well, when we still weren't quite getting what she wanted she just left our arms as they are in the photo.
When we saw this photo, DH said, "See, we SHOULDN'T have kids....we wouldn't know how to hold them!" :0)
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d709b3127ccebd2db36535f200000045100EbuHDhq1Zsb
When we were leaving AK that day, we saw the same photographer asking another couple to "hold a baby" & we just walked by laughing! It's so funny how many memories WDW give you isn't it?? Everytime we'll see this photo I know we'll laugh!!
The only day we went to MGM for dinner at 50s, I still managed to convince DH to do PhotoPass (I mean, why not right??). We didn't plan on wearing similar colors, but I thought these photos turned out pretty w/the blues...both of our shirts & then the hat of course!!
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d709b3127ccebd2dc3c8b45700000045100EbuHDhq1Zsb
I was a little worried about going to 50s because DH sometimes doesn't always like to "play along" with the CMs. So I warned him not to order any veggies because they'll make you eat them. So instead, who gets in trouble for not eating her green beans?? Yep, that was me!! I thought they way they showed the desserts were quite inventive:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdbda0bc2b00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
At one point during the trip, I said to DH that I wanted to take a really "fun" photo when doing the PhotoPass...you know, like him giving me a piggy back or something. So when they started to put up the decorations for the MNSSHP I thought we should take our photo in front of the train station. DH says, hey, let's do our "fun" photo here. I'll lift you up on the ledge ok? So he did & I have to say it's probably my fave photo of the whole trip (I'm having a particularly good hair day...no rain yet=no frizzies!!)...except he has his sunglass on!! Aggghhhh!! Anyone know how to take the glass off of him & keep his eyes? :0) This could be a great Xmas photo!! Dangit!!

That same night we hit Toon Town & saw Mickey & all his friends! Here's us w/Goofy! What's so funny is that whenever our friends & family find out how much we love going to WDW everyone assumes it's just me that loves it....but I think this photo proves that DH enjoys being a kid just like me!! Check out his smile! That's not a pity smile!! He's so happy there!!
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d709b3127ccebd2debd8b45300000046100EbuHDhq1Zsb
This one was taken on our last day after breakfast at Crystal Palace. DH amused me by doing this "one last photo"...but then when we got home, he said, you know I wish we would have done more photos...especially ones at MK & the castle! Agghhh!! Don't worry, I won't let him forget he said that next year!!
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d709b3127ccebd2df95fb4dd00000045100EbuHDhq1Zsb
Here we are w/our friend "Cindy"...if any of you remember, she wrote DH a letter to let him know about the surprise trip back in June. I was proud of myself because I get a little shy around the characters that are not covered in plush...what are they called? Face characters? Anyway, I was happy with the whole CRT experience & it was fun to get the photos.

Bryan-I wanted to try to cut out Mickey shapes...but it ended up looking like a bunny. So I decided to just mold them into three circles & squish them together. Then I put them in the fridge to set. I got the sprinkles at a baking supply store. They had them in pastels & black, white & red combos.
Question for you...how do you get yours to be chocolate covered...I tried, but it didn't work.
Yes, we did see Tigger & Eeyore, but Tigger came by just as we sat down & we didn't have the camera ready & Eeyore was in the middle of the restaurant & we forgot to go see him! :0(

You know, it is so cute & something I never thought I'd see DH in! So I was really happy he wanted to get it! He never buys himself anything while at WDW (unlike me, clearly).
Hey, and nice shopping items! I always feel guilty when I buy stuff for myself. I need to get over that!
Well, it really takes a lot for me to feel guilty when I shop, but it HAS happened. :0) This year I really went crazy shopping for me. In the past I would buy myself some things, but would get all the neices & nephews & cat sitters & dog sitters & people at work &....well everyone something. This year, I said, you know what...I'm going to buy me whatever I want & I earned rewards & I'm going to use them for ME. No worries, the neices & nephews still got something...but the little stinkers said, "what else did you get me?" Ungrateful little.....err I mean, aren't they cute?

Oh and just when you thought I was done...I found some more photos I'd share...
When I made our ADRs I had mentioned our anniversary. The CM must have put that comment on every single ressie because I KNOW I didn't say anything when booking Whispering Canyone Cafe because of what "fun" things they do there.
We had a great server by the name of Geno Casino. He was hilarious! From the beginning he was calling us Princess Jen & Groom Steve & there's just something about being called Princess you know? I loved it! DH ordered a pasta but asked for no veggies in it. No problem, except that Geno would not let him live that down! At one point, he had a little girl at the next table tap DH on the shoulder & give him a little ramiken of broccoli! Ha! Oh I laughed!
When DH ordered ice tea, Geno brought it in the big ol' glass! When he drank it w/the straw it looked like he was syphing gas! I didn't get a photo of that, but here's Geno & the glass:
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdb94f3df600000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7d739b3127ccebccdb924bcad00000026100EbuHDhq1Zsb
At the end of dinner, Geno grabbed a microphone & said that Princess Jen & Groom Steve were celebrating their 7th anniversary & then had us stand up. He then told us to take the stick pony & gallop around the restaurant while everyone would sing You Are My Sunshine (totally thought of SR the whole time!!). DH was going to KILL me, but he was a good sport & did it...however, either he can't gallop, or it's just too hard for two people who are embarassed to gallop as one around a restaurant!
We got back to the table & DH was like...why would tell them it was our anniversary?! But then said, "well no one we know is here & there are no photos of what we did, so it didn't happen." Ha!! I wish I had a photo of us looking so ridiculous! It was fun!

Yes! Got it at the World of Disney! Although, I know I saw it at MGM & most likely at MK too! But had to use the 10% discount from AAA you know??!! I'm not sure of the smallest size, but I know the largest size was XXXL, which in some shirts DH does need, but it ran pretty big & roomy so he got a XXL. It's so cute...however, when I washed it, it did bleed teal green on some yellow items I had & that made me MAD!! But everything came out fine after a few washings!!
That was so much fun! Thank you!

Glad my TR can help those going through WDW planning! :p As for the photos, I paid extra to have no one leave their rooms while I was out taking photos! :rotfl: No, really I think it was because of how I took them & when. It's funny because I never even noticed that before!!
I found that the pool was VERY quiet in the morning because the majority of the people at the resort are there for the conventions...so they're all off at work. THEN after the conventions they go to the quiet pools!! :0) When other people go to the parks early...I walk around the resort taking photos in the morning. Most of these were taken between 830-930am. Not too early. Had I taken photos of the Pepper Market or the Lobby area, I would have had people in them! They were busy in the morning!!
