View Full Version : Trouble tickets - where to send confirmation email?

Hi! Since the Contact page is down I thought I'd try here, hope I'm in the correct section. I put in a trouble ticket yesterday and the reply I received was that they needed my confirmation emails from my shopping order for them to dispute. How do I fwd them my emails? I looked all over but must be looking in the wrong place because I don't see the instructions anywhere! Thanks in advance for any help! And thanks to the trouble ticket people, your response was really fast!

I don't know if the new trouble tickets are the same because I haven't done one yet, but the old way was to cut and paste the entire confirmation email into the trouble ticket. I hope this helps.

Yes, anytime you file a trouble ticket, we must have the confirmation email. Without it, we can't even ask for the credit. I think it says that right on the trouble ticket page. Just reply to the email you got saying we need it, with it copied and pasted in. Thanks.
