Heres my take on the food and wine and beer at the booths in no particular order.

This year they added a few new booths. They have New York and Napa Wines side by side. You can purchase 4 tastings for $7.00. I chose all white wines as that is my favorite. The Heron Hill Reisling was exceptionally good. I will be buying that at home.

New Zealand - Didn't particularly have anything I'm interested in, don't like lamb or squid, that was the choices, but did settle for a lady Grey wine, not bad.

France - The Quiche was quite good, very nice flaky crust, just not quite warm enough. Great flavor. Escargot was eatin by one of our friends, and he loved it, again, a nice flaky crust and great flavor. They have some interesting drinks, but we stopped here near the end of our day and was pretty wined out.

Oklahoma - a new booth to pay tribute to the Native Americans. We had the Three Sister Soup, and had it been warm, I'd probably have picked it as one of my favorites of the day. The seared Buffalo tasted just like beef, and you probably wouldn't know the difference if someone hadn't told you. The peach buckle is excellent.

United States - The lobster roll is good, its lacking some salt and pepper, but pretty nice. Not sure if its worth 6.75 though. The barbque and slaw are ok, a very small portion. The slaw a little on the dry side. Of all their wines, the Cab is probably the best.

Italy - probably my favorite booth for wine. The Moscato is excellent for you sweeter wine fans. I love it. Its more a dessert wine. The Insalate Caprice salad isn't what i expected, its big chunks of mozzarella cheese and tomatoes with a basil dressing. Quite good. The lasagna, made with spinach noodles in indeed tasty. The pizza is just ok.

Poland- The cabbage rolls are pretty good. Stuffed heartily and tasty. The Kielbassa and potatoe piergi is again one of my favorites. Again, for you dessert drinkers, the Honey Wine is very good. The cabbage roll could actually be split for two to taste it.

Germany - Here is where I think my favorite or almost favorite food is. The pretzel roll with with sausage and sauerkraut. MMMM, excellent. I could have eaten a couple, but i didn't. The apple streudel with vanilla sauce is also one of the best desserts you find here. Then naturally, the becks beer to complete it all.

Turkey - For those of you that like this kind of food, the Meze is excellent. No one else in my party liked it, but I sure did. This also was a nice portion with the cucumber salad and the pita and the meze. The Pistachio baklava is good, nice portion. None of the wines are very good here, so i'd suggest skipping them.

China- We had our usual pot stickers, always delicious and plum wine with green tea. don't buy two of these, they are large and a little sweet and one glass goes a long way. The chicken with peanut sauce is also very good. This booth never disappoints us.

Ireland - Another favorite of mine, but this year, the potato and leek soup was served chilled, so we passed on it. The potatoe pancake with herb butter was very good. Again, I could eat a bunch more of those. The Baileys frozen machine was broke, so we couldnt have that, but the honey wine was delicious for those dessert wine drinkers.

Agentina - I opted out here as everything was full of beef, but my party loved the chimichurri and empinadas. I did try the chardonnay, and it was a bit on the sour side for me.

Mexico - Here, I ordered everything in Spanish and the girl was quite impressed. She didn't know that I had just grilled the mexican guy in front of me and he taught me real quick what to say. The food was very good, We tried the chilaquiles and the quesadilla with a dos equis..Grande. We always love this booth, and actually made it our first food stop this year.

Chile- Very very good, the Tomatican, a stew, was excellent, and I think probably my DH favorite. The Fruit salad was so-so. About this time it was starting to pour down rain, so we grabbed our food and headedfor the neared indoor building.

Greece - Naturally for me, its Spanikoita, just the right amount of spinach and cheese in a very flaky crust. The Greek Salad and pita was quite large for the money, and very good also. None of the wines were up my alley.

Peru- When we arrived here, they were having refrigetor problems and no food was availabe. I was going to try the yellow potatoe mash and crab salad so maybe someone else can try and let us know.

South Africa - here we had the spiced chicken and the goat door chardonnay. Neither were particular good, so I'd skip that next year.

Canada- OH Canada- As always, the ice wine and cheese soup are a must. This was our last stop, and we wanted it that way, to sit down and thoroughly enjoy this. I did get the recipe for the soup, and I will be making it.

We also did the wine walkabout and I really didn't find any wine I particularly liked there, of the whites. Our party found a couple reds that were so so. I don't think its worth it, as the pours are very very small.

We also visited the Norway bakery, always a must. The large pretzel for 3.25 is a good value, but its not all that great.

Needless to say, we were stuffed after all this. The rain didn't stop anyone at all, actually, it chased away all the love bugs, so that was a plus. Again, we had a blast this year, and will continue to do this yearly. This is our 5th year, and it keeps getting better and better as we get to know all the food and booths.

Epcot has changed some. China is different, Canada is different with a rendition of Martin Short and his visit to his home country, very cute. Mexico has changed, and for kids its ok, its donald duck, and has no mariache band, nothing really to do with mexico. The Nemo ride will be cute for kids, but quite uneventful for adults.

Cindy:
Do you remember which Napa vineyards were present?
I did a search on the Heron Hill and I'm going to look for this out here.

We're they pouring a South African red at all? The reds are usually quite nice and I've had a few whites that I enjoyed (can't remember what they were right now!) so it is disappointing to hear that you didn't care for the chard.

Thanks so much for the detailed report!!

Cindy, if you ate all of that food that you listed, I'm going to start counting Weight Watchers points for you when you get here. LOL! That's a TON of food!!!

I think we are actually going to try it for the first time this year. We'll have the girls with us, but hopefully we'll still be able to try some new foods. And definitely some new wines.

That was for me and DH, and we didn't have lunch, it starts at 12:00, so that was our lunch and dinner combined, we ate till 9:00 at night. We were stuffed, couldn't fit another thing in.
We also did the walkabout wine tasting included in that 180.00, and that was 14.00 and not worth it really.

I don't see Spain listed? I'm almost positive it was Spain that last year they had a sort of Quiche with potatoes and onions to die for...we tried it and went back two more times (different days)! Please tell me it is there this year? I was so looking forward to this again!
