Got her kid's taken away. :headache: Dumb poor Girl! She's my age...and I know it's really hard to be a young mom, but the thing is.. Once your a Mother, and you have children, you learn You cannot be selfish, and those children, are always going to have to come 1st!!! I wish I could have a lonnnnnnng talk with this girl I swear!:(

I was reading in last week's US today that she basically said that judges were "crazy" and she didn't care what they said about taking the kids. They said that she had alcohol problems and might lose the kids and the next day she went out on another bender like she totally didn't care.

Maybe this will finally get her to get her act together??

I want to smack her and at the same time I feel so bad for her! She does such stupid things but then even the small stupid things we all do as moms get her in the press. They are relentless! It's like the press wants to see her fail. They LOVE IT. They almost push her over the edge. But she is so selfish and doesn't see what she is doing to her children!

Ok I may sound nuts here but I feel really bad for her and those kids. I don't see Kevin as caring about those kids or willing to do what it takes to raise them. I think he is just as crazy and drugged up as she is.

You're not nuts. It's clear that there is SOMETHING wrong with her. And it's natural to feel badly for anyone who is really messed up and can't seem to pull out of it.

Who would have ever imagined that ANYONE would have seen K Fed as a better parent than her? The only thing that I will say for him is that I am glad the kids get to see their grandparents when they are with him.

I agree like others. I feel bad for her. Granted, she thrives on publicity (good or bad--I mean, no undies & a dress & paparazzi right at crotch level??) but like Dee said, she gets judged on EVERYTHING she does. There are MANY, MANY parents out there who are doing much worse & aren't getting the Child Welfare called on them, let alone the press reporting them.

Don't get me wrong, she's messed up no doubt about that. And I'm not helping since I help spark the tabloid fire by buying my InTouch & US every Friday!!

I hope she can get better & hopefully losing her children will help that.

I think she's got some kind of chemical inbalance going on and is in complete denial, but I do think she truely loves her kids. As far as Kevin goes he only wants the kids because his $20,000 a month spousal payments end next month, and now she has to pay him child support, which keeps the money coming.

On tonights news it says that Brittney will get "Visitation" but no custody!
My daughter is a doing her internship this year (her senior year) and is a visitation monitor. I emailed her and said...maybe you'll get Brittney as a client! :rotfl: But...wrong coast!

She needs REHAB first....then visitation!

Well, maybe she's finally taking some right steps - she's now got a California driver's license (temporary, but still) and is talking about entering Eric Clapton's rehab place in the Bahamas. So maybe the loss of her kids is having some effect. I wonder if she's really LISTENING to anyone, tho. I mean, she needs some type of person in her life to say "fire all the yes men, get some people who will actually help you and direct you to the correct things since you can't figure them out yourself, etc."

I agree she needs to get rid of all the enablers. It will never get better as long as they let her have whatever she wants. Hopefully she can reconcile with her family, that is what she needs right now anyway.
