I know its been a while but its time to get back on track. I had my weekly weigh in today. After 2 solid weeks of missing meetings and not tracking my points I weighed in with no change :) I will take it and try better this week for next week's weigh in. How is everyone else doing?

Yes…let’s keep this going. That’s not bad for two weeks and for not calculating your point....good job! I would rather stay the same then gain.

I go tonight and I’m not looking forward to it at all. I know I’ve gained and plan to report back to you guys because it’ll make me want to lose those extra pounds. We had my brother and his family here who I haven’t seen in two years. Needless to say we did a lot of eating and drinking but I haven’t gained since I’ve been on WW. I’m on the maintenance phase and tonight is my last night if I don’t go over my 2lbs goal but since I knew my brother was coming I lost an additional 5lbs under my goal. So, I should make it to life time member tonight….that’s if I didn’t gain 7 lbs in one week…but I doubt it. I would still like to lose another 5 lbs and then I will be at the weight I was when I got married…7 years ago and 2 kids later. Will shall see..

Well…I’m totally embarrassed to admit this but going to because it’s going to help get me it off. I gained 3 lbs…I wasn’t thinking I gained that much. Maybe 2 lbs but I didn’t expect that much. I know I didn’t work out at all nor did I stick to the plan. I did make it too lifetime member. ..so I guess that’s the only thing that was positive for me tonight.

Oh Cindy, CONGRATS on making Lifetime! What an accomplishment! Be proud of yourself!!

And trust me 3 lbs is nothing to be embarassed about. I'm going tomorrow after a month long hiatus between vacations, out of towns & just plain ol' don't want to gos....I know I'm up over 5 lbs in one month! AGGGHGH! Totally my own fault, but I need to get back on track & I know weighing in & being accountable for my weight is the only way I'm going to do it.

I'll be posting sometime this weekend of the horror of my weigh in! Thank you both for posting this thread! Just another reminder to me to be accountable!!

Here's to a great week for everyone!

Congrats on making Lifetime! That is an amazing accomplishment. I look forward to that day.

Jen - I'm sure you will be fine. I was thinking I'd have a gain this week but I didn't. Now I'm just hoping for a .2 pound loss next week! I never thought I'd be looking forward to one of those :rotfl:

Thanks you to both…being a Lifetime member was one of my goals when joining back after reaching my weight goal.

I probably would of gained too if I went to WDW….so I’d be in the same boat with you. Good luck this weekend!

My leader went to WDW a few weeks back on the free dining. She made sure she told me that she didn’t gain at all  but I guess that’s why she's the leader and I’m the follower.

It was my sole intention not to gain during free dining...but I did. My biggest problem since being back (almost a month now--boo!!) is I have no will to exercise at all. But this weekend I AM going to work out, I just have to. I'm going to get back into the swing of things! I will!!

Congratulations on making Lifetime! I did it many pounds ago and didn't keep up with meetings... BIG mistake! :(

For me the good news is I have just joined a new "at work" WW that is set to run for 17 weeks... prepay, so I can't back out when the going gets tough! :rotfl: 2 of my support staff joined, as well, so hopefully we will be a good influence on each other. One of the hardest parts for me was handing over my Lifetime card and being so far away from goal... but I am determined to get their again!!!

Ok, all I'll say is that my gain is less than 10 but more than 5. I haven't weighed in for 6 weeks, but I VOW that it's NOT going to take me 6 more weeks to lose the lbs & then I'll be back on track to goal.

The most important thing is that you are now back on track  With your great "can do" attitude that gain will soon be just a distant memory! :)

I agree with Debbie Jean…your getting back on track and that’s a great start. You can do it and will be here to help you through it.
