Ok I think we've all had a long enough break to recover or forget about Thanksgiving dinner :angel:
So lets get back on track. I changed my weigh in day to Mondays instead of Wednesdays since I like being on a regular week schedule vs. a WW weigh in schedule.
So I am happy to report no gain or loss since I have been a bad bad girl lately with not eating well or exercising. I am planning on changing that today though as I have packed a healthy lunch and have already made cheeseburger and fries (tater tots this time around) for dinner tonight. :)
