I do a combination of things. Lately I have been going to the gym only once a week for strength training and to use the ellipiticals. I used to go more, but the cost of gas has me doing Tae Bo workouts at home.
I used to run, but I tend do that in phases. I work out about 5 days a week, mainly because I have to stay in shape to compete in Judo Tournaments.
Just curious.

I walk or run on my treadmill and then do an Ab Lounger and some work with a step and little weights. But our new elliptical is on the way and I am so excited about being able to work out with SunshineGuy now!!

Well I've been sick the past week so I haven't done anything. Normally I do 30 mins weight training and then 40 mins of cardio- I change it up between running on the treadmill, exercise bike, eliptical, stair climber.

I would love to have an ellipitical at home, maybe next year and through SR!

I've been slackin' lately with exercise, but I really enjoy Leslie Sansone's walk at home DVDs. They are easy steps, but with good, moderate to intense workouts. From 20 minutes to an hour. She is very motivating, and like I said, just about anyone can follow along with the workout. You can order her DVDs on overstock, barnes and noble, and I've bought some at Target. She has one that's 5 different workouts on one DVD and I love that one- easy to change things up.

I have been riding my bike an hour a day but my sister in law has a bunch of stuff stored in our garage. Her treadmill is in there so I am doing 20 minutes on that and then 40 on the bike. Just been doing this since the first. I like the treadmill as it does seem to work me out a bit more but i can read on teh bike. :) so it is not as boring and I can do it longer
