So far, for Christmas Eve at my house, we will be having Fried Turkey, Baked ham 2/buns, macaroni salad, fruit salad, deviled eggs, pickled eggs and beets, sweet potatoe casserole, chipped beef roll w/ crackers and assorted cheeses and crackers. Do you think thats enough?

Christmas day is Tortilla soup, pinwheel rolls, barbque meatballs, veggie tray cherry delight with orzo and sausage and Cheese with crackers. We may add some little quiches to that and naturally, whatever is leftover from Christmas Eve too. Do you think thats enough.

Tons of homemade cookies: Lady fingers, pizzelles, orange cookies, 7 layer brownie, cream cheese brownies, peanut butter cookies, choc chip cookies, Russian teaballs, iced sugar cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, nut roll and more.

What time's dinner? I'll be there for sure!:rotfl:

Anyway, I will be going to one of my daughter's on Christmas Eve. We traditionally go out for Chinese food, then go around gawking over Christmas lights.

Christmas dinner will be at my house. I'm planning cooking a ham, Hawaiian sweet potatoes, sugar snap peas, rolls; I'm also going to make cucumbers and sour cream which is a recipe handed down by my Austrian Aunt. My daughter is bringing her special twice baked potatoes (yummy), and my DH is making his wonderful cheddar cheese soup. For dessert, I have a Carvel ice cream cake in the shape of a snowman. The little ones will love it! I also have plenty of munchies on hand for snacking throughout the day.:scarf: :eat:

We do our dinner on Christmas Eve: We have raspberry and brie appetizers, onion and feta appetizers, shrimp cocktail, a cheese plate, and Mickey goldfish. We're having an asparagus and mozzarella salad, then chicken with almonds, rigatoni with fontina cheese and spinach and a crab and cheese dish for entrees. Sides include mac n cheese, corn, beans, latkes, and rolls. For dessert we're having chocolate poundcake and key lime pie.
For Christmas day breakfast we have williams and sonoma croissants and cinnamon rolls.

Christmas Eve, we will go out for dinner to a very nice restaurant. There's only three of us so we splurge a little - this year my sister will be joining us.

On Christmas Day, DH will be smoking a standing rib roast (he did it last year and it was sooo yummy!!). Not sure what we'll be having with it - probably potatoes and a veggie and a salad.

We went to a neighbor's house for cookie decorating and came home with a bunch of yummy cookies yesterday that I didn't have to make. I'll probably make fudge (that's my thing). And that will be dessert.

I also have lots of snacks on hand!! And I will be in my PJ's all day!! It's the best Christmas tradition I ever had and we started only a couple of years ago!! No where to go so why get dressed!!!

Merry Merry to everyone!!

Tonight will be just DH's parents and us for dinner. They are all having Scrod Florentine with a seafood stuffing and spaghetti with white clam sauce. I have garlic bread and blueberry pie for dessert. I'm having a steamed vegtable plate.

Christmas we having a big breakfast so we won't have lunch.

After 6 my family comes and we have a buffet of appetizers, cheese & crackers, eggplant dip, veggie dip, chip & dip, crabbies (a cheese and crab combo LMK if you want the recipe......it's really easy), shrimp cocktail, baked ham, antipasto, meatballs, eggplant parmigiana, tossed salad (for my vegan SIL and me), assorted candies, brownies, cookies and cheescake.

Everyone usually has a big dinner so they just pick. Too many peoiple to have a sit down dinner and this always works out best. No one goes hungry!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
