I just came back from the grocery store and thought I'd share my meal plan for the next 2 weeks. While its not Disney food it is food so maybe someone will get excited with me. I will take pictures with Mike's camera as I make the dishes if anyone is interested.

Ok so tonight we are finishing off our crockpot Chicken Soft Tacos from Friday. They were very tasty and about 4 WW points each

Monday - Wednesday -> Dirty rice! (for the non-Cajuns that would be rice with some peppers, onions, seasoning, and ground beef mixed in) (unsure on points I'm thinking 6-7)

Thurs - Friday -> Citrus Pork Tenderloin (4pts)

Sat - Monday -> Sausage & Rice -> take 2 packages of cheddar broccoli Lipton rice packets, cook and then mix in precooked diced up sausage (6ish pts)

Tues - Thurs -> Slow cooked pork chops (no recipe decided on yet)

Fri - Sun -> Cheesy Chicken Pot Biscuit Cups (5pts)

We have a 5 pound bag of potatoes for me to cook up these next two weeks, some asparagus, mixed fruit, and salad to go with each of these.

Anyone else do some meal planning?

The dirty rice sounds yummy!!! Of course rice is the one thing my kids won't eat. I really need to sit down this week and plan healthy quick meals or meals I can throw in the crock pot. With baseball, t-ball and soccer starting full swing this week I want healthy meals that I don't have to waste a lot of time preparing. Monday's are a no brainer for us $5 pizza nights at the best pizza place in town. That's good for one night of left overs later in the week (kids and DH I don't do left over pizza). I have 100 WW crock pot cookbook (word doc) that I need to go through. I'll post mine as soon as I get it together! lol I do think I want to try I think it was either Megan's or Kimberly's chicken BBQ crockpot recipe this week.
