Help me with this!

Okay some of you may know that my ex husband mentioned to me a few weeks ago that he would like us to all go back to disney again in the Fall (Hey I am all for it since he will pay for one of the girls and we really do have fun as a family). I had mentioned to him about maybe doing the SR cruise and a few days at WDW.

Great so now I can try to pull together some numbers for him.....

I contacted Gail about the price for 2 adults 2 kids. She just emailed that to me today! Excellent! Called Bud (ex) and let him know the price. He was fine with it, BUT (and this is where I need your help) he said he is not very excited about going on the cruise. He would rather just do WDW. I really want to try the cruise and so do the girls.

I told him about the pools, stops, some excursions (but he said for such a short cruise he doesn't really want to do excursions...fine with me, not a deal breaker), the private island.

I need to know more! Can any of you who have done the 3 night cruise tell me some of the on board stuff/activities and what your hubbies may have liked about it? I would really appreciate it!

Tell him about the shows that you can only see on the DCL. Is he looking for Disney or non-Disney activities? Things like the wine, beer, and martini tasting are good non-Disney activities. Castaway Cay itself is just PHENOMENAL. I'm afraid of water and I actually snorkel there.

In the fall, there should be football games playing in Diversions (the sports type bar/lounge). Sometimes they even play them on the giant screen by the Goofy pool. My DH enjoys jogging around Deck 4 in the mornings. There's also a basketball net on Deck 10 and a great workout area in the spa. The rainforest in the spa is a nice escape - you can get a day pass for $15 and relax on heated tile lounge chairs, take scented showers and totally veg out. Late night movies in the theatre and the shows are enjoyable for everyone. Adults only beach on Castaway Cay is paradise. But, you can also go parasailing, rent a catamaran or ride on a banana boat. You can rent bikes and eat lots and lots of yummy food. The cruise is only 3 nights...maybe you can get there a day early or stay a day later and be lucky enough to catch MNSSHP or a Pirate/Princess party at WDW?
