Anyone interested in starting a SparkPeople Group? [Archive]

I love SparkPeople. It is a free site with lots of challenges diet plans and support.
We could start our own SR group!

Anyone else interested? I wouldn't mind leading the group if it is okay with Tricia for us to use the name.

A coworker of mine recently lost 42# and I asked her what she did and she told me to go to sparkpeople. I haven't yet, but I have to say this girl looks amazing!

How about Sunshine Friends or Rays of Sunshine (something that would include SUnshine would be great.)

Of course you can! It is free, and as soon as I get it set up, we can start. I'll be getting lots of information as a team leader, so I'll let you all know how to go about using it.

This would be good for me too! I'm watching what I'm eating... but it's not enough.. the point way is good, but I seem to stop counting after a couple days.... I'll be watching for more info!!
