I called her late Friday and left a messate that I wanted to add a couple of nights at WDW before our cruise. She called me back on SUNDAY (mother's day of all things!). She already had a rate for me, had Disney on the other line waiting for me to confirm things, and actually was able to secure the 20% off bounce-back rate for me that I'd been unable to book before I checked out last week because I didn't have the deposit readily available. She is the absolute best!!!
