A little confused

What exactly should I be signing up for to promote the posts I do on The Chatter. It seems that some of the guidelines here were written before the pay blogs went into effect.

Also, can I post pictures in my posts? I have some home repair stuff that would be better with pictures I think.

I am new to this so I am sorry if these are repetitive questions. I want to make sure I get the most out of the experience.

LOL I just got an email from digg that told me Heather was my greatest fan. I forgot your name was Heather, too. I thought that was weird they were telling me I was my own fan.
