Oh my! I might have some problems. I wonder how long PPP gives you to respond to an error. I have 4 posts that are set to pay today or tomorrow but they won't be able to check them to pay them. I wonder if they give you so many days before they totally reject payment on them.

Their server may have been affected by the fire as well.
Yeah, they're on the same server as the forum.

They are on the same server unfortunately. It's a REALLY big company that had the fire so there are some big name websites that are down (including a big coupon site). We just keep checking in and hoping that it comes up soon.

oh yes. I wont spill anything here but it was perfect. I always wonder what happens next when a show ends and this answered all but one question. It was so good. I cried from scene one to the end. My eyes still hurt.
P.S. Hubby was one of 10.

Did many of you blog on Saturday? I'm thinking of just having SG go ahead and restore the backup copy that we have from Saturday night to a new server. But we won't have Saturday's stuff. The Planet is still having MAJOR issues with their center (it is literally resulting in millions of dollars in losses now across the internet).

Can you do the same with SNTK, I have 4 posts waiting for approval.

I just talked to SG and there is a chance that our sites are up but on a different IP address. It will probably take us about 3-4 hours today to get everything moved if we are going to do it. So it is definitely a last ditch idea. He emailed someone just a bit ago to see if maybe we can just change the DNS record and have the sites back up again. Hopefully I'll hear back from him when he gets into work.

OMG you are with The Planet? That is an awesome building and really new. It was almost finished being built/finalized last time I was there in August. Small world. Hope everyone is ok.

LOL How weird that post I made yesterday somehow ended up as the very first post. I don't know why. I haven't blogged anything this weekend so I would be good with restoring it to pre-saturday. I had 4 posts rejected this morning for payment because they couldn't find them and I have three days to fix it or they won't pay LOL. I realize it is minor compared to the millions lost for businesses and the issues caused to SR. I am just sweating it LOL

I would open a TT with them and let them know that you are with The Planet and they had the fire on Saturday. They should know about the issue I would think. It's been all over the tech websites since Saturday.

I did that his morning and they just responded and said they'd give me 5 days. Big deal.

LOL they are going to be sick of me. I have been having issues with PPP lately and it really isn't their fault. When I did blogclassroom I made some changes to the way the url's of the posts read so that the date was removed. Well, it resulted in all of my posts to be paid being rejected as they came up because the url I submitted when I did the opp is not the same as what the url was after I changed it. It was the same but without the date. I had to resubmit all of those. He last one they accepted but reset the 30 day clock on it so I would have to wait 60 days. I already had a TT out for that. Not to mention the 4 that it took to figure out what the url issue was.

I'm still having difficulty getting PPP to work again. It says that I need to install the code, but every time I do it won't read.
Can someone please tell me how to install the code so that I can get some opps again? lol my paypal account looks sad and lonely.

The code is actually already on all of your sites. I have it preloaded in the footer. I'll delete it and add it back again.

If it says that you do not have PPP installed still, go into your PPP admin panel and click "refresh" under "get code."

I do and it refreshes and then it doesn't let me click on anything.

Does it have a checkmark under PPP tools installed now?

no. And when I click on get code it takes me to a huge long page that has this code below
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://tinyurl.com/2b5ojn"></script>
but it doesn't tell me what to do with it at all.

You shouldn't even need to click on it to get the code because I already have the code on the template. Before you click on "get code" there should be a place there that says "refresh" that you can click. I clicked it and it didn't do anything. But when I left the page and came back, it had a checkmark there for having the code installed.
