Fuel Surcharge?

Confused as to the fuel surcharge...

does everybody now have to pay it or was there a cut-off date wherein those who booked beforehand grandfathered in & don't have to ante up?:confused:

If you were booked before the surcharge was applied, you are fine. It will not be added. It is for those bookings that were reserved as of the date the surcharge went into effect and after. HTH.

Anyone making changes after May 28 will also have to pay the surcharge (ie name changes, etc.). We got our changes all ironed out just under the wire!

have to add DS to cabin before final payment...wonder if we'll just have to pay it for him or all of us:(

update: final payment & added DS, only had to pay fuel surcharge for him & @ the reduced 3rd person rate! jik anybody is interested in adding another person
