Hi Everyone,
Our office has always bought from Quill and I see that we can get 3% back. Has anyone used this for their company and is there anything that shows on the invoice about Sunshine Rewards? I don't know if this would cause a stir company wise since it could look like there was a "kick-back"? I'd hate to pass up the 3%. Hmmmm.....
I think that most people who order from them are ordering for their companies. I can tell you that from our end, there should be NOTHING about SR on any purchases that you ever make, including office supplies or travel.

I remember Michael talking about how he does this. I would send him a pm to see what he sees on his end. I agree with Tricia that nothing should be showing up about SR. I think I ordered something through Office Depot earlier this year and since it went straight on the Company CC they never saw anything else except the line item from Office Depot on the CC statement.
Yes, I do order for the company (both Quill and Staples and soon Office Depot (partner dude just clued me in that they are on the list)) and I just put in the billing info and receive the shipment the next day and I usually see the credit within 3 or 4 days. It's very consistent.
Now, we just had one slight boo-boo with a VERY large purchase that partner dude made for his organization and we'll just probably have to deal with the fact that we won't be seeing the credit for it, but his company has Quill as a vendor. Unfortunately when he placed the order they had issues getting it set up for payment and we think he sort of got booted out before he actually hit the final send. He went back in but I think he forgot to go via the SR link. We were going to file a TT but he also couldn't find a confirmation e-mail. Life is still good! Oh, well.... He's still learning the ins and outs of SR. I've already explained, quite calmly I think, the precise way to order when using SR!!!
Absolutely no mention of SR at all shows up on the invoicing.
