When I click on the banner or the "if banner doesn't work, click here" link, I get taken to a blank page.

I frequently (about 2x a year) get extra items when I order from Childrens place (usually a duplicate of an item I ordered).

I only qualified for one survey in the past 2 days and it froze in the middle and I had to close out of it. Sooo frustrating!
