Horrible customer service. Must wait until AFTER 10 business days (that can be up to 15 calendar days!!!) before they will even try to track a lost package. It took 3 phone calls and 2 transfers to even find out this golden nugget of information. And now the items that I should have had by now are not in stock.
If you're shopping for the holidays either visit their B&M store or find another vendor that actually wants to keep its customers. They're overpriced clothes and outrageous shipping costs are not worth the aggrevation.
