This is a great company. There was an error in my order and they were fast to correct it. Two days after my order, which was on Friday after Thanksgiving, I got a follow-up email to tell me that my picture was cropped tight and that they had decided to put the black on the sides of the picture rather than have my image look different. Other companies would have printed as ordered and said that I could see it was tight. Then, three days later the canvas arrived in perfect condition. They are a great group of people to work with with a better than perfect product. Thanks SR for introducing Canvas on Demand to my family and friends. We will order in the future.
